The Front Desk Sales Coordinator serves as the primary front-line ambassador for our senior living community, creating a welcoming, professional, and service-oriented first impression for residents, families, prospective residents, and visitors. This position is vital to our mission of upholding resident dignity and delivering person-centered care by acting as the bridge between our community and the families navigating housing decisions for their loved ones.
In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our sales and marketing efforts. Your day involves managing the flow of visitors, coordinating personalized tours that highlight our lifestyle offerings, and guiding prospective residents through a seamless transition from inquiry to move-in. You will support leadership in achieving occupancy goals while ensuring every interaction reflects our culture of hospitality and compassion.
You will start by managing the multi-line phone system and greeting guests with warmth, ensuring the community feels like a home from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities include conducting tours, following up on leads, and assisting with move-in logistics to make new residents feel supported. You will also coordinate marketing events, manage community engagement initiatives, and provide administrative support to leadership. Whether assisting with dining room coordination or organizing welcome materials, your role ensures a nurturing environment for everyone we serve.
This position is based in a community reception or office environment within a senior living setting. The role requires the ability to manage a fast-paced atmosphere with frequent interruptions and competing priorities. While the work is primarily on-site, occasional local travel may be required for outreach or marketing activities. The position operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility for some weekends to conduct tours or host events.
