The Outside Sales Representative is the face of Hayfield Window & Door across a defined territory in Southern Minnesota. This role is designed for a motivated, self-driven professional who thrives on building relationships and driving growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers and dealers, representing the Hayfield brand with professionalism and integrity.
In this position, you will navigate a territory of approximately 100 customers, balancing the development of new business opportunities with the nurturing of existing accounts. The role requires a deep understanding of construction plans and the ability to perform accurate takeoffs to support consultative sales. You will be responsible for identifying new prospects, managing the full sales cycle from qualification to closing, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the process.
