The Manager/Senior Manager, Compliance Training & Policy serves as the strategic owner of Incyte's compliance training ecosystem. This role exists to ensure ethical business practices and adherence to applicable laws, industry codes, and internal policies by designing and executing a robust global compliance training strategy. You will be the primary steward of the Learning Management System (LMS), responsible for its configuration, maintenance, and optimization to support accurate tracking and reporting.
In this position, you will bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and employee understanding. Your day-to-day involves leading role-based training design, crafting high-quality educational materials such as videos and eLearning modules, and delivering live training sessions. Beyond content creation, you will draft, update, and maintain compliance policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions to ensure clarity and alignment with evolving regulatory expectations. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvements in training effectiveness and operational efficiency, utilizing innovation like microlearning and scenario-based modules to keep our workforce engaged and informed.
