About the Role
The Corporate Training Manager serves as a strategic partner to the organization, responsible for the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills and support our strategic objectives. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and evaluation of training initiatives across departments, ensuring alignment with company goals, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
In this position, you will collaborate with department heads and Regional Leaders to assess training needs and tailor programs to meet specific team requirements. You will oversee the delivery of both in-person and digital training, facilitate workshops, and manage the accuracy and health of our Learning Management System (LMS). As a leader, you will mentor a team of regional trainers, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
