We are seeking a Manager, Business Development (Regulatory) to join our Washington, D.C. office. This role is pivotal within the Regulatory Business Development team, serving as a strategic partner to our global Tax practice, which encompasses controversy, litigation, planning, and transactional legal work.
In this position, you will lead key business development initiatives designed to drive new business, foster existing client growth, and execute cross-selling strategies. You will be responsible for delivering high-level proposals, responding to RFPs, and creating marketing materials that align with the Firm's broader goals. The role requires close collaboration with the Senior Manager of Business Development (Tax), the Director of Business Development (Regulatory), practice leaders, and attorneys to strengthen client relationships and secure new engagements.
You will also play a critical leadership role by supervising and mentoring business development team members, overseeing the development of pitches and proposals, and managing departmental budgets and ROI. This is a hybrid role based in Washington, D.C., combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. Please note that the Firm will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
