This position is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in management. You will oversee the daily operations of an Envision Base Service Store located on a military base. Your work will directly support our mission by managing store inventory, promotions, and sales while providing supervision and training to a diverse team of 2 to 10 employees.
In this role, you will ensure the store excels in maintaining exceptional quality and customer service standards. You will manage employee schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a safe and clean work environment. Beyond daily operations, you will engage in outside sales calls to local businesses, coordinate promotions with the purchasing department, and promote the store within the community through civic and business organizations.
