As the Manager of Account Management, you will lead and develop a team of Account Managers and Strategic Account Executives with a primary focus on improving account retention and achieving key performance indicators. This role serves as a strategic partner to the Account Management Director for your assigned region, ensuring alignment with corporate retention goals while driving the growth and professional development of your team.
In this position, you will foster a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you coach and mentor your team through observation, feedback, and the creation of professional development plans. You will be responsible for managing client escalations, optimizing the launch of new products and services, and strategizing with senior leadership to increase client satisfaction and loyalty. Your day-to-day involves creating performance scorecards, revising policies based on root cause analysis, and ensuring that department standards for client service and revenue objectives are met.
