We are hiring a Manager in Training (MIT) to support retail store operations while preparing for future leadership opportunities. This hands-on role is designed to immerse you in the world of tire and automotive service sales, customer engagement, and operational excellence.
You will join a structured 90-day training program designed to prepare you for promotion to Store Manager. During this period, you will complete training modules, demonstrate leadership competencies, and participate in a formal evaluation. Your day-to-day will involve supporting daily store operations, learning to lead and coach teammates, engaging with customers to drive sales, and participating in physical store duties such as unloading shipments and maintaining cleanliness. If you successfully meet all program requirements, you will be assigned to a Store Manager role, ideally within your geographical location or market area.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a formal evaluation process, including the completion of required training modules and a formal interview conducted by leadership. Successful completion of these steps is required for promotion to the Store Manager position.
