About the Program

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level initiative designed to prepare you for a Store Management role within 18-24 months. Rooted in our promote-from-within philosophy, this program offers a clear career trajectory with a defined beginning and an open end, allowing you to shape your future. Upon successful completion of the initial 8-week training, you will progress into an Assistant Store Manager position.

The Role

In this position, you will collaborate with store management to oversee a million-dollar business, providing leadership and strategic insight into store development. You will learn all aspects of operations, client relationships, and internal strategy, understanding your significant role in the team's success. A key part of your day involves growing the company's market share by selling to large commercial users, including painting contractors, purchasing agents, and manufacturers who require high-volume, high-quality products.

Hiring Process & Application

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid, unrestricted driver's license. A bachelor's degree is required by the start of the program. Please note that this role involves contact with customers (including minors) and access to cash, electronic equipment, and merchandise. Requirements
