About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. In this role, you will be the face of the store, ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment through professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
Your day will involve assisting customers with questions and recommendations while managing sales transactions at the cash register. You will play a key part in maintaining store operations by keeping the store well-stocked, recovering merchandise, and receiving shipments to support replenishment efforts. Additionally, you will help ensure the store remains clean and presentable by managing tasks such as cleaning restrooms, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
- verifiedPrevious customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
- verifiedAbility to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required
- verifiedAbility to lift between 30 and 50 lbs
- verifiedMust be able to perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
Nice to Have
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment.
