About the Role
This position is dedicated to delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will embody our customer experience principles by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. The role requires adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect.
In this role, you will accurately process customer purchases and returns, promote credit and loyalty programs, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor. You will actively participate in store recovery efforts throughout the day to maintain organizational and cleanliness standards. Additionally, you may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the evolving needs of the business, ensuring a seamless experience for our shoppers.
