About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be a vital, resident-facing member of our team, responsible for performing high-quality, cost-effective maintenance work within single-family rental homes. This role is designed for a dedicated learner who is passionate about serving residents and maintaining top-quality homes in an industry that is quickly evolving.
You will be assigned a company vehicle and travel between homes in a geographic region (preferred in the Ruskin Area) to deliver timely and professional maintenance service. Your day will involve interacting daily with our customers, resolving maintenance requests across multiple trade categories, and conducting proactive visits to reduce future service needs. You will also perform repairs on vacant properties and ensure all company operational and safety policies are followed.

Requirements
