As a Maintenance Technician, you will be a vital, resident-facing member of our team, responsible for performing high-quality, cost-effective maintenance work within single-family rental homes. This role is designed for a dedicated learner who is passionate about serving residents and maintaining top-quality homes in an industry that is quickly evolving.
You will be assigned a company vehicle and travel between homes in a geographic region (preferred in the Ruskin Area) to deliver timely and professional maintenance service. Your day will involve daily interaction with our customers, ensuring they have a quality living experience while you execute repairs across multiple trade categories, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, and HVAC. You will also conduct proactive maintenance visits to reduce future service requests and perform property condition assessments to identify items requiring immediate attention.
