The Maintenance Technician is a vital, resident-facing role responsible for performing high-quality, cost-effective maintenance work within single-family rental homes. This position ensures the company's operational and safety policies are followed while delivering timely and professional service to our customers.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be assigned a company vehicle and travel between homes in a geographic region (preferred in the Ruskin Area). Your day-to-day involves completing maintenance service requests across multiple trade categories, performing proactive maintenance visits to reduce future repairs, and conducting property condition assessments. You will serve as a key point of contact for residents, providing education on maintenance responsibilities and ensuring a quality living experience throughout their lease.
