About the Role

This position is responsible for the inspection, mechanical repair, and preventative maintenance of facilities and assets at Avera Specialty Hospital in Sioux Falls. The role ensures a safe facility environment by managing buildings, grounds, mechanical systems, and stationary equipment.

You will be part of a team that collaborates with contractors and vendors to ensure work is completed thoroughly and timely. You will work effectively in a team environment, coordinating workflows to maintain a productive and efficient setting while adhering to strict safety principles and regulations.

Work Schedule and Highlights

This is a regular, full-time position located at Avera Specialty Hospital in Sioux Falls. The role operates on a Night Shift schedule from Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, totaling 80 hours over a two-week period. The position includes a rotating on-call schedule for weekends and offers overnight pay.
