About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician II at Pace Luxury Apartment Homes, a premier class A 192-unit mid-rise community in South Las Vegas, you will be a key member of our property maintenance team. Your role is to maintain and preserve a multi-million dollar luxury community, ensuring a quality living experience for our residents.
You will utilize your troubleshooting and technical skills to identify and resolve issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water, swimming pools, and security systems. A significant part of your day involves developing a strong rapport with residents and assisting them with resolving various general maintenance issues, such as appliances, flooring, cabinets, locks, and drywall, in a timely manner.
Working closely with the service team, you will help prepare vacant apartment units to ensure they are ready to lease to prospective residents per company specifications. Additionally, you will help maintain a strong curb appeal at the property.
