As a Maintenance Technician – HVAC, you will be the guardian of the community's physical integrity, ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role is critical to maximizing property occupancy and return on investment through timely repairs and preventative maintenance.
In the absence of a maintenance supervisor, you will assume full maintenance responsibilities. Your day-to-day involves coordinating repairs, installations, and construction while maintaining common areas and grounds. You will serve as the first point of contact for residents, handling service requests within 24 hours, performing trash-outs and make-readies, and managing hazardous materials in compliance with EPA and OSHA regulations. This position requires a reliable mode of transportation and the ability to respond to emergency calls outside of standard business hours, potentially traveling to other properties in the geographic area as needed.
