About the Role
Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting multiple locations. This role is designed for a proactive individual with strong technical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities who thrives in a dynamic environment.
You will operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations. Your day-to-day involves performing maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensure optimal operation. You will travel between facilities to ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety standards, while conducting preventative maintenance, monitoring equipment performance, and recording system readings. Additionally, you will maintain inventory, manage contracted maintenance, and oversee technical proficiency in various systems.
This position offers hands-on experience with diverse facility systems and equipment, providing potential for professional growth and skill development.
