About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the operational excellence of both the Grade School and High School campuses. You will serve as the primary steward of the school's physical infrastructure, managing a dedicated internal maintenance team and coordinating high-value external vendors. This position goes beyond standard facility management; it involves the logistical orchestration of school life, ensuring that every event, from assemblies to board meetings, is executed with precision and care.
In this role, you will balance the demands of daily physical operations with the strategic oversight of long-term projects. Your day will involve supervising staff stationed across both campuses, conducting inspections to maintain sanitation and safety standards, and leading the physical setup and breakdown of venues. You will act as the bridge between the school's mission and its physical reality, ensuring that urgent repairs are handled swiftly to minimize disruptions to the learning environment while maintaining compliance with all local building codes and life-safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleSupervise, train, and mentor the internal maintenance staff across both campuses
- check_circleMaintain a calendar of transportation needs and coordinate rental of vans and buses for events
Requirements
