As a General Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a vital part of the team ensuring facilities are properly maintained and meet strict Project Standards. In this role, you will perform unskilled and semi-skilled maintenance, repairs, adjustments, and minor construction work across basic trades. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve a hands-on approach to keeping critical infrastructure operational, from preventative maintenance of building systems and electrical components to assisting with complex mechanical units like air handling and refrigeration systems. You will also manage recordkeeping for maintenance activities and adhere to rigorous safety procedures and code requirements.
