About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining large industrial textile processing equipment as well as general facility maintenance. This role is critical to ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
In this position, you will handle start-up and shut-down procedures, perform electrical troubleshooting, and maintain and operate boilers. You will also engage in welding, cutting, and working with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems. Reporting directly to the Chief Engineer, you will work cooperatively with all plant personnel to minimize equipment downtime and ensure work is performed safely and efficiently. You will be expected to study blueprints and manufacturers' manuals, maintain accurate records, and continually improve maintenance processes.

Requirements
