About the Role
Join our team in Timberville, VA, to cultivate your career while helping to maintain the critical infrastructure that supports our operations. In this role, you will utilize maintenance and reliability practices to ensure all assets are kept in safe condition, extending the life of the equipment used in our facility. You will complete preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance with limited direction, leveraging your knowledge of standard maintenance tools and specific trades such as electrical, welding, pipefitting, fabrication, or hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Your day will involve modifying electrical or mechanical schematics, blueprints, and operation manuals to install and repair equipment. You will document completed work and conditions found using maintenance computer software, interacting regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations. Success in this position requires accuracy, precision, and dependability, as well as the ability to work both as a team player and independently.
