The Maintenance Technician – HVAC is the backbone of our community's physical integrity, ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff. In the absence of a maintenance supervisor, you will assume full responsibility for all maintenance operations. This role is vital for maximizing property occupancy and return on investment through timely repairs, preventative maintenance, and efficient unit turnarounds.
Your day will involve a blend of technical expertise and community engagement. You will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, manage service requests within 24 hours, and execute make-readies to prepare units for new residents. Beyond the technical work, you will maintain common areas and grounds, manage hazardous materials in compliance with EPA and OSHA regulations, and serve as a friendly, helpful face for our residents. You will be an active team member, assisting with resident functions and collaborating with management staff to uphold the high standards TLR Group is known for.
