Maintenance Technician (All Shifts)

About the Opportunity

TekPro is partnering with a leading vitamin manufacturing client to recruit Electromechanical Maintenance Technicians for a permanent role at a modern facility. The Role

This position is critical to keeping the plant's packaging, processing, and distribution infrastructure running smoothly. You will serve as a key technical resource, responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of complex electromechanical equipment. Beyond hands-on troubleshooting of high-speed machinery, gearboxes, and electrical systems, you will play a mentorship role, training and guiding less experienced mechanics.

The day-to-day involves a blend of predictive and preventative maintenance, fabrication using shop equipment like lathes and welders, and collaboration with engineering and operations teams to resolve complex issues. You will also actively participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and safety.

Shift Availability

Openings are available on all three shifts. A specific opening on the 1st shift is currently highlighted, requiring an excellent work history and strong electrical skills.
