About the Role
The Rack Deployment Team Member is a specialized role within our critical data center environments, focusing on the physical installation, configuration, validation, and ongoing maintenance of server racks and associated infrastructure. This position is pivotal in ensuring operational readiness and continuous system reliability in 24/7 environments. You will specialize in both traditional air-cooled and advanced liquid cooling rack deployments, ensuring proper installation standards are met. This role offers flexibility with both Day Shift and Night Shift options available.

Nice to Have
Experience with liquid cooling maintenance including leak detection systems, chemical management, and water chemistry analysis. Knowledge of pump systems, heat exchangers, pressure testing equipment, and commissioning activities. Familiarity with preventive maintenance scheduling, predictive analysis, and performance baselining techniques. Certification in relevant technical areas such as mechanical systems, fluid handling, or data center operations. Understanding of root cause analysis methodologies and continuous improvement processes. Experience with loop pressure testing, vacuum degassing, and advanced troubleshooting tools.
