Under the direction of the Operations and Maintenance Director, the Maintenance Manager serves as a key member of the division leadership team, overseeing the District's maintenance work groups. This role is pivotal in ensuring the day-to-day function of the department while maintaining the long-term reliability of plant and collection system equipment. The position acts as a technical subject matter expert, collaborating closely with the Reliability Process Manager, Ecosystems Manager, Collection Systems Manager, and Treatment Plant Manager to support District projects and programs.
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of District systems and assets. This includes managing budgets, planning for operational needs, responding to emergencies, and coordinating work with contractors and external vendors. The role directly supervises Electrical, Mechanical, and Facilities Maintenance supervisors, providing mentorship and development to help them own their individual work group results. Additionally, the Manager oversees the District's fleet and apprenticeship programs, utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to drive economical operations and ensure data integrity.

Experience conducting maintenance and reliability management root cause analysis or fault tree mapping. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, including staff oversight, performance management, and training.
