About the Role
We are hiring a Maintenance Coordinator for our Spindletop, TX facility to manage the tracking, planning, scheduling, and execution of all operations-based maintenance across multiple sites. In this role, you will be the central point for coordinating day-to-day on-site maintenance activities, utilizing the Maximo computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), and managing vendor and contractor relationships. You will play a key part in planning and executing major maintenance turnarounds, ensuring work is completed within schedule and budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCoordinate with contractors and service technicians to execute maintenance work and ensure quality standards
- check_circleManage maintenance costs through planning, contractor partnerships, and organized execution
- check_circleFacilitate plant purchase requests and follow up on purchase orders to ensure project flow
- check_circleClose out work orders and purchase orders in a timely and organized manner within the CMMS
- check_circleEnsure comprehensive work history and documentation are entered into the CMMS work orders
- check_circleIdentify corrective maintenance needs and facilitate work requests to maintain equipment reliability
- check_circleManage tracking, planning, scheduling, and execution of operations-based maintenance for multiple facilities
- check_circleDevelop job plans for work orders including materials, resources, labor, and estimated completion time
- check_circleCollaborate with Plant Managers to create and align weekly maintenance schedules
- check_circlePlan, coordinate, and execute major maintenance activities and turnarounds within agreed schedules and budgets
- check_circleSupport Plant Managers with critical spare parts stocking, planning, and inventory management in Maximo
- check_circleParticipate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions to drive continuous learning and improvement
Requirements

Nice to Have
5+ years experience in plant maintenance activities. Knowledge of the use of a computerized maintenance management system. Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work. Good verbal and written communication skills. Experience in proactive planning and scheduling of maintenance. Experience in troubleshooting plant maintenance problems. Working knowledge of Google suite, CMMS/MAXIMO, Oracle, etc. software. An understanding of the ASU process technology.
