We are hiring a Maintenance Coordinator for our Spindletop, TX facility to manage the tracking, planning, scheduling, and execution of all operations-based maintenance across multiple sites. In this role, you will be the central point for coordinating day-to-day on-site maintenance activities, utilizing the Maximo computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), and managing vendor and contractor relationships. You will play a key part in planning and executing major maintenance turnarounds, ensuring work is completed within schedule and budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

5+ years experience in plant maintenance activities. Knowledge of the use of a computerized maintenance management system. Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work. Good verbal and written communication skills. Experience in proactive planning and scheduling of maintenance. Experience in troubleshooting plant maintenance problems. Working knowledge of Google suite, CMMS/MAXIMO, Oracle, etc. software. An understanding of the ASU process technology.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
