We are seeking a CNC Maintenance Mechanic to join our team and support our production of medical and firearm components. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining complex CNC machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment. Your primary focus will be ensuring maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness, with a specific emphasis on Tornos machines (such as the Deco2000).
You will work closely with operations teams to analyze deviations, define corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives like 5S and preventive maintenance. The position requires a multi-craft technician capable of handling electrical repairs, replacing control devices, and managing spare parts inventory while maintaining a safe and organized shop environment.
