About the Role

The Maintenance Tech Multi Craft role is a critical component of our Manufacturing & Operations team, ensuring the Carthage plant runs smoothly and safely. You will serve as the primary troubleshooter for electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment, operating with a high degree of independence to diagnose and repair complex systems. This position is designed for a skilled technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of equipment reliability.

In this role, you will partner with leaders and fellow team members to uphold rigorous Food Safety and Partner Safety standards. Your day-to-day involves executing standard operating procedures, performing critical PCP and CCP checks, and managing reaction plans for any quality or safety outages. You will be responsible for maintaining complete familiarity with the plant's electronic and hydraulic systems, including power equipment, air compressors, and boiler systems. Whether you are fabricating complex piping, designing control panels from blueprints, or rebuilding gearboxes, your work ensures that all equipment meets OSHA and NEC specifications and operates safely within our production environment.
