About the Role
Medline Industries, LP is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our operations team. In this role, you will serve as a critical support pillar for our production lines, ensuring the reliability of conveyors, automation systems, robotics, and facility infrastructure. You will work under limited supervision to set up, adjust, troubleshoot, and maintain assigned equipment, directly impacting production efficiency and product quality.
Your day-to-day involves performing preventive maintenance and routine inspections on complex machinery. When equipment goes out of service, you will act as the first escalation point for production technicians, diagnosing issues and implementing corrective actions. You will also maintain accurate records in our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and document work logs for facility systems such as fire pumps, generators, and HVAC units. Additionally, you will assist in facility projects ranging from carpentry and plumbing to furniture installation, ensuring the physical plant operates smoothly.

Requirements
