About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician at Medline Industries, LP, you will serve as a critical escalation point for production equipment, ensuring the seamless operation of conveyors, automation systems, and robotics. In this role, you are responsible for setting up, adjusting, and performing preventative maintenance on assigned equipment to uphold our commitment to production efficiency and quality. You will act as a key problem-solver, conducting root cause analysis on major downtime events and documenting all work in our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to maintain accurate operational logs.

Beyond core equipment maintenance, you will support facility operations by handling building project work, from light bulb replacement to carpentry and plumbing repairs. Your day-to-day involves analyzing production delays, examining defects, and initiating corrective actions to eliminate spoilage causes. You will also assist senior mechanics on complex tasks and verify that newly assembled equipment operates correctly before it goes live.
