About the Role

This position offers the opportunity to work in a clean, organized facility in Hartland, WI, with a set schedule that promotes work-life balance. You will be part of a team that values growth and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our production lines by performing preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary equipment. You will act as an escalation point for troubleshooting out-of-service equipment, performing root cause analysis on major downtime events, and assisting mechanics with complex tasks. Additionally, you will handle facility and building project work, including repairs and maintenance of various systems, while maintaining accurate records in our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
