We are committed to creating a culture where everyone feels they belong and can grow their career. We strive to achieve this by seeking diversity in all forms, acting inclusively, and ensuring that people have the tools and resources to perform at their best.
This position serves as a critical support pillar for our production and quality operations. Under limited supervision, you will be responsible for the setup, adjustment, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of assigned equipment, including conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary systems. Your work ensures that production lines remain operational and that quality standards are met.
In this role, you will act as an escalation point for lower-level technicians, performing root cause analysis on major downtime events to prevent recurrence. You will also assist maintenance mechanics with complex tasks requiring two people or specific operational needs. Beyond core equipment maintenance, you will handle facility and building project work, such as light bulb replacement, door repairs, furniture installation, and plumbing, while maintaining accurate logs for facility systems like fire pumps, generators, and HVAC.
You will be expected to assemble and test equipment to verify correct operation, analyze the causes of production delays, and examine defects to identify and correct spoilage issues. Success in this role requires a willingness to learn new equipment as it is brought online and the ability to work overtime and respond to on-call requests as needed.
