About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician at Medline Industries, you will serve as a critical escalation point for production equipment, ensuring the reliability of conveyors, automation systems, and robotics. In this role, you are responsible for the full lifecycle of equipment care—from preventative maintenance and routine inspections to complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis of major downtime events. Your work directly impacts production quality and efficiency, requiring you to analyze defects, identify spoilage causes, and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring issues.
Beyond the production floor, you will support facility operations by managing maintenance logs for fire pumps, generators, and HVAC systems, as well as performing general building project work such as carpentry, plumbing repairs, and fixture installations. You will collaborate with senior mechanics and leadership to resolve complex technical challenges, document all activities in our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), and maintain a safe work environment by strictly adhering to Lock Out/Tag Out and Arc Flash safety procedures.
