This position is designed for those who enjoy working in a structured, safety-first environment where their technical skills directly contribute to operational excellence. You will be part of a team that values results and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary equipment. You will act as an escalation point for troubleshooting out-of-service equipment, performing root cause analysis on major downtime events, and assisting mechanics with complex tasks. Beyond equipment maintenance, you will handle facility and building project work, including repairs, installations, and maintaining operation logs for critical systems like fire pumps and HVAC. Your work ensures that production runs smoothly and safely, analyzing defects and initiating procedures to solve equipment malfunctions.

Associates Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, HVAC, or equivalent. Graduate of an apprenticeship program or hold current trade certification. At least 3 years of experience in a building maintenance position servicing a facility larger than 75,000 square feet.
Skills: Microsoft Excel, PLC Logic, Lock Out/tag Out, Arc Flash, Fork Truck, CMMS, Conveyor, Automation, Robotics, Hvac.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, HVAC, or equivalent preferred.
