About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor serves as a vital link between ZRS Management and its residents, embodying our corporate philosophy in every interaction. This role is dedicated to enhancing resident retention through skilled, efficient, and professional service. Reporting directly to the Property Manager, the Supervisor oversees the overall maintenance of the property, ensuring a safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing living environment.
The position involves a dynamic day-to-day rhythm, balancing hands-on technical repairs with strategic leadership. You will manage the entire lifecycle of unit turnovers, aiming to complete them within three to five business days, while simultaneously handling urgent service calls and maintaining common areas, pools, and Jacuzzis. Beyond technical duties, you will lead a team of maintenance employees, train new staff, and collaborate closely with the Property Manager on vendor selection, budget adherence, and the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
