Under the immediate supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for all aspects of maintenance and repairs at the apartment community. The role requires a commitment to applying one's best work in a fast-moving environment that rewards effort.
Technicians must be able to respond to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve immediate concerns and work flexible hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMake ready units for new move-ins
- check_circleCoordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to complete projects and work orders efficiently
- check_circleDiagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and test equipment adjustments
- check_circleRead and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service
- check_circleComply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
- check_circlePerform minor plumbing maintenance including leak repairs, unclogging drains, and adding new lines
- check_circlePerform minor painting, carpentry, and masonry work such as hanging doors and fitting locks
- check_circleRespond to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve immediate concerns
- check_circleComplete grounds work including pick up, breezeway blowing, and light landscaping
- check_circleMaintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems using certified knowledge
- check_circleSchedule and complete preventative maintenance programs
- check_circlePerform minor electrical maintenance such as replacing fixtures, switches, outlets, and bulbs
