About the Role
Cleantec is seeking an experienced Facilities Supervisor to serve as a lead worker and hands-on specialist across our client sites. This role is designed to bridge the gap between skilled technical execution and team leadership. You will oversee and perform complex maintenance tasks in landscaping, carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and equipment operation, while simultaneously guiding and supporting entry-level maintenance staff to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe environment for students and staff, troubleshooting a wide range of facility issues, and ensuring all work complies with company safety protocols.
