The Director of Plant Operations serves as the operational leader for all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring properties, equipment, and grounds meet the highest operational and aesthetic standards. This role is critical for maintaining a safe, well-maintained community while supervising the maintenance team to ensure work is completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Director provides leadership, direction, and training to staff, actively managing day-to-day maintenance operations to support the organization's legacy of success and innovation.
