About the Role

This position is designed for a talented Maintenance Technician ready to advance their career by tackling challenges and bringing innovative solutions to the table.

You will be the face of our maintenance operations, ensuring residents enjoy a superior quality of living. Your day will involve diagnosing and repairing complex systems, from HVAC and plumbing to electrical and major appliances, while maintaining a safe and incident-free environment. You will work across multiple communities in Charlotte, including Avalon South End, AVA South End, Avalon Hawk, Avalon Carmel, and Avalon at Palisades. This role operates on a Tuesday-Saturday schedule from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, with a rotating on-call requirement to ensure our communities are always supported.
