Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOversee daily distribution center maintenance activities to ensure rapid repair response
- check_circleMonitor and evaluate ammonia refrigeration system and equipment performance
- check_circleMaintain material handling equipment including electric forks and pallet jacks
- check_circleCoordinate preventative maintenance programs to reduce operational downtime
- check_circleCoordinate multiple mechanical and facilities projects simultaneously
- check_circleMonitor facility compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards
- check_circleCollaborate with supervisors to develop action plans for infrastructure needs
- check_circleManage facility equipment such as high-speed doors, balers, and compactors
- check_circleProcess site maintenance invoices and assist in developing the yearly capital plan
- check_circleMonitor sanitation team performance to meet regulatory and organizational goals
Requirements
- verifiedExperience as a maintenance supervisor
- verifiedExperience in ammonia refrigerated or similarly refrigerated distribution center environment
