About the Role

We are seeking motivated, safety-oriented individuals to join our Maintenance team as a Maintenance Mechanic / Millwright. In this critical position, you will ensure the reliability and performance of our equipment and operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues, recommending repairs or upgrades, and identifying quality concerns to maintain equipment at precise operating standards.

You will work in a dynamic industrial environment that can be hot, humid, cold, dusty, and noisy. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to optimizing production by understanding equipment capabilities and performance thresholds. You will partner with operations associates to prioritize maintenance needs, apply problem-solving methods like 5Y to eliminate failures, and contribute to the development of reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
