About the Role
As a Maintenance Mechanic II, you will be the backbone of our operational continuity, ensuring plant machinery and equipment remain in optimal repair. This role is critical for maintaining the high standards required in our aerospace and industrial sectors. You will be responsible for analyzing and correcting problems in standard machinery, performing preventative maintenance, and executing complex repairs on a wide variety of mechanical equipment, including pumps, cranes, hoists, hydraulic systems, vacuum pumps, and basic vehicles.
Your day-to-day involves dismantling devices to access and remove defective parts, examining components for imperfections, and adjusting functional parts and control instruments. The role also requires the installation of new equipment and the application of advanced welding techniques, including Arc, Gas, and TIG/MIG welding. You will work a shift from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with opportunities for overtime, ensuring that our production lines keep moving efficiently.
