About the Role
Join our team as a Maintenance Mechanic, where you will be responsible for the upkeep of residential apartments and public areas on our campus. Your work will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, ensuring they have a comfortable and safe place to call home. You will partner with the General Services team to enhance the resident living experience, contributing to our reputation for problem-solving and responsiveness.
In this role, you will be the first line of defense for maintaining our facilities, performing routine and emergency repairs ranging from electrical malfunctions and plumbing to HVAC maintenance. You will provide prompt responses to resident work orders, ensuring that our community remains a welcoming environment.
