About the Role
As a Real Estate Fixologist (also known as a Facilities Sorcerer or Real Estate Enchanter), you will wield your craft daily across our holdings. Your mission is to maintain the curb appeal of all properties, execute repairs of all sizes, oversee remodeling projects, and tend to the needs of current and prospective residents with grace and good cheer.
You will be responsible for a wide array of disciplines, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and groundskeeping. You will lead small building transformation projects, such as window and door replacements, and ensure units are restored to pristine condition upon a resident's departure. As a true professional, you will answer after-hours distress calls when the community is in peril.
