We are adding a Senior Maintenance Technician to our team at The Residences on Jamboree and Los Alisos, our exclusive apartment communities in Irvine and Mission Viejo, CA. This role is designed for individuals who thrive on crafting amazing customer experiences and acting as a "Care Hero" dedicated to saving the resident's day. Every day offers an opportunity to deliver first-class service, directly contributing to customer happiness and resident retention.
In this position, you will foster ongoing positive relationships with residents, ensuring their expectations are met while identifying opportunities to improve their experience. You will play a key role in the team's success by assisting in the training and mentoring of new Maintenance Technicians and Apprentices. In the absence of a Maintenance Manager, you will lead, direct, and supervise the service team in their day-to-day functions.
