About the Role

As the Service Manager BTR, you will have a significant mission: to coordinate the work of employees who repair and maintain our buildings and facilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the operational excellence of our communities, requiring you to prepare work schedules, assign tasks, and oversee the quality of the work product.

You will be responsible for managing multiple sites simultaneously, often running between one and four communities with weekly site visits. Your day will involve a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution, from monitoring monthly maintenance budgets and maintaining adequate inventory to assisting with new construction or modifications of existing properties. You will represent BH in a professional and courteous manner, exhibiting a strong commitment to the service needs of both internal and external customers.

You will be expected to use independent judgment to determine priorities and handle emergencies, ensuring that the daily upkeep of grounds and property appearance meets our high standards.
