Domino's is the world's #1 Pizza company, driven by a mission to "Make Great Pizza — and More — Possible." We are committed to the "Power of Possible," a philosophy that empowers our local store owners and team members. Notably, 90% of our store owners started as delivery drivers and pizza makers, proving our dedication to internal growth and opportunity.
At Domino's, we "Put our People First." This commitment extends to creating a safe, stable, and positive work environment where honesty, transparency, and accountability are the foundation of our culture. We strive to provide exceptional people with the stability and support needed to build long-term careers.
The Maintenance Team Leader is a pivotal role within our distribution manufacturing facility, serving as the technical and operational backbone for our bakery equipment and physical infrastructure. This position exists to ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of our production lines, from electrical systems and HVAC to complex automated machinery and plumbing.
In this role, you will not only troubleshoot and repair critical equipment but also lead a dedicated maintenance team. You will act as a bridge between technical execution and strategic planning, overseeing preventative maintenance schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and government guidelines. The day-to-day involves a dynamic mix of hands-on technical work—such as programming PLCs or repairing refrigeration units—and administrative leadership, including hiring, training, and developing team members. You will work in a fast-paced environment where equipment failures require immediate, calm, and effective resolution under pressure.
