The Maintenance Lead at our Ogden Plant is responsible for supporting and coordinating maintenance operations during the B shift. In this role, you will ensure that maintenance tasks, repairs, and preventive work are completed safely and efficiently to support our production needs. You will add value by supervising and scheduling maintenance personnel, assigning work priorities, and managing work orders and preventive maintenance lists.
Your day will involve training and monitoring team members on proper safety procedures and maintenance practices while applying mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. You will also evaluate team skill levels to recommend training opportunities and communicate effectively with plant departments to ensure compliance with food safety, food defense, and quality standards. This is a full-time permanent role operating from 4:45 am to 5:15 pm, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays.
