Our Wood Products manufacturing facility in Plymouth, NC, is seeking experienced individuals to join our Industrial Maintenance team. This position is designed for individuals with prior industrial experience and mechanical aptitude who are eager to invest time and energy in training. The role involves managing, installing, repairing, and troubleshooting electrical systems within the operation. You will effectively maintain communications with maintenance personnel and supervisors to perform mill maintenance duties safely and efficiently, while also assisting with mechanical maintenance functions as needed.
Success in this role requires a willingness to engage in self-study to gain the skills and knowledge necessary to become an industrial electrician. You will work as a dedicated, self-motivated team member, capable of working independently and within a team system. The position requires flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, call-ins, holidays, and overtime.

General electrical systems (motor starters, lighting circuits, and power distribution equipment). Experience with Allen Bradley PLC5 and/or Control Logix. Knowledge of and experience with hand and power tools. Wood products experience.
